High School Diploma/GED is preferred. \nMinimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment. \nManual dexterity and mechanical proficiency. \nAbility to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices. \nMust be available to train on A shift prior to moving to C shift \nPhysical Requirements:\nRegularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending body downward and forward at the waist. Standing for sustained periods of time.
