This role serves as the designated Facility Security Officer and works across Contracts, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Trade Compliance, and IT/Cyber Security to translate government and customer requirements into practical, auditable operating controls.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe as the designated Facility Security Officer and manage the organization’s Facility Security Clearance program.\n\nMaintain DMEA Trusted Access Program Office registration and coordinate compliance assessments, renewals, evidence, and corrective actions.\n\nLead government property management for Government Furnished Property, Government Furnished Equipment, and Contractor Acquired Property.\n\nAdminister processes governing Controlled Unclassified Information and Covered Defense Information, including identification, marking, tagging, access, storage, transmission, retention, and disposal.\n\nOwn the System Security Plan and Site Security Policy.\n\nChair the Technology Control Board and coordinate Technology Control Plans and controlled-access requirements.\n\nSupport DCSA reviews, customer audits, government assessments, security investigations, and corrective actions.\n\nPartner with Legal, Trade Compliance, Contracts, and IT/Cyber Security to implement security, export-control, cyber, and contractual requirements.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\n7+ years of relevant experience is required.\n\nExperience in industrial security, government compliance, government property, contracts, or a comparable controlled program.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a personal security clearance.\n\nAbility to fulfill the responsibilities of the designated FSO in a cleared operating environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, Facility Security Clearances, personnel security, and DD Form 254 implementation.\n\nFamiliarity with FAR/DFARS requirements and government contracting environments.\n\nExperience with CUI/CDI, NIST SP 800-171, System Security Plans, POA&Ms, security audits, or related compliance frameworks.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nPrior experience serving as an FSO or Assistant FSO.\n\nGovernment property management or DMEA Trusted experience.\n\nExperience in semiconductor, defense, aerospace, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100
