The candidate will be responsible for teaming with various internal functions including: Accounting and Finance, Program Management, Contracts, Pricing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.\nJob Responsibilities:\nConducting analysis for strategic and operational initiatives including ROI analysis and sourcing decisions (make vs buy)\nInvestigating and analyzing monthly variances to the forecast, plan, prior period, and prior year as required.\nDemonstrate bias for action leveraging business acumen and financial data to effectively identify risks and opportunities early and influence improved performance through data driven analysis.\nEffective communication of data driven recommendations to move the business forward with a sense of urgency\nAssisting in the communication of the operating company’s financial performance, plan, and targets to various levels of the organization.\nStrong partnership with functional managers in accounting and finance, operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts to develop monthly forecasts and budgets.\nLearning mindset and application of RBS (Ralliant Business System) for continuous improvements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or similar field\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills\nStrong Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics skills\n5+ years of related experience\nPreferred requirements:\nMBA with finance concentration\nGreater than 5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience\nExperience with supply chain and cash flow management\nGovernment accounting knowledge\nKnowledge of DFAR is a plus\nThe successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following:\nApply critical thinking to analyze programs,
