Strategy Execution\nLead large-scale, complex infrastructure programs (e.g., data center transformation, cloud strategy execution, network modernization, MSP transition)\n\nDefine program roadmap, milestones, financials, and success metrics aligned to business strategy\n\nManage multiple interdependent projects across infrastructure towers (Network, Platform, Security, EUC, Service Desk)\n\nDrive alignment between IT strategy and execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes\n\nGovernance & Executive Engagement\nEstablish and lead program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, and decision forums\n\nProvide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership (CIO, ELT)\n\nDrive decision-making across competing priorities and complex stakeholder environments\n\nDelivery Excellence & Methodology Leadership\nDefine and standardize delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) for infrastructure programs\n\nLead Agile at scale (program-level backlog, release planning, PI planning where applicable)\n\nEnsure robust use of ServiceNow (PPM/ITSM) for demand intake, execution tracking, reporting, and governance\n\nEstablish KPIs and dashboards to monitor delivery performance and value realization\n\nRisk, Dependency & Issue Management\nLead resolution of highly complex, cross-functional risks and dependencies\n\nAnticipate risks proactively and implement program-level mitigation strategies\n\nManage multi-vendor, multi-tower dependencies and contractual deliverables (MSP/vendor ecosystem)\n\nOperational Integration & Transformation\nEnsure seamless transition of programs into steady-state IT operations\n\nDrive process integration with ITIL functions (change, release, incident management)\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives and embed best practices across delivery teams\n\nLeadership & Influence\nLead cross-functional program teams and influence without direct authority\n\nMentor senior project managers and drive PMO capability maturity\n\nFoster collaboration between business, IT, and external partners/vendors\n\nRequired Skills\nExtensive experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure programs (Network, Platform, Hosting, Cloud)\n\nStrong expertise in Agile (Scaled Agile), Scrum, and traditional program delivery\n\nDeep working knowledge of ServiceNow (PPM/ITSM) and enterprise PM tooling\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure architecture, cloud, and transformation initiatives\n\nProven ability to manage multi-vendor, outsourcing (MSP), and transformation programs\n\nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and influencing skills\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nAbility to lead others in solving complex problems and drive innovative solutions\n\nStrong influencing and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders\n\nStrategic thinking with strong execution discipline\n\nAbility to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n12-15+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with strong focus on infrastructure transformation\n\nPMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications (preferred)\n\nNice To Have\nExperience in large-scale outsourcing (MSP) transitions and vendor governance\n\nExposure to enterprise cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures\n\nStrong understanding of financial management (TCO, budgeting, cost optimization in infrastructure
