Business System (RBS) principles\n\nDevelop and manage a flexible engineering delivery model that optimizes internal talent, strategic technology partners, and OEM/ODM partners to align engineering capacity with changing business priorities, budgets, and product roadmaps\n\nManage third-party engineering relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables, protection of intellectual property, and compliance with engineering standards\n\nContinuously evaluate engineering capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities to maximize business value, organizational agility, and execution efficiency\n\nContractor and Third-Party Management\nSelect, onboard, and manage third-party engineering contractors and development partners\nSupport process development and compliance for development of product requirements, technical deliverables, schedules, budgets, and performance expectations\nMonitor contractor performance, quality, and execution against agreed objectives\nBuild long-term strategic relationships with third party partners to create scalable engineering capacity\nCross-Functional Engineering Leadership\nLead a multidisciplinary team of engineering individual contributors and people leaders across hardware-related disciplines\nRemove execution barriers and facilitate effective communication across functions\nSupport technical decision-making while empowering engineers to own project execution\nEstablish PCB layout priorities aligned with overall product development schedules\nEstablish clear performance expectations and support career development for team members\nPromote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture\nLead enterprise-wide product development strategy, creating scalable frameworks and governance that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth \nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field\n\nDemonstrated success delivering hardware products from concept through production\n\nAt least 2 years leading multi-disciplined teams\n\nStrong project management and resource planning skills\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\n\nInternational and domestic travel required up to 25% of the
