The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor developers and influence platform strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and maintain the overall technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.\n\nLead solution design for complex initiatives spanning multiple ServiceNow applications.\n\nDesign and develop advanced flows, custom applications, integrations, and platform capabilities.\n\nEstablish development standards, governance, and architectural best practices.\n\nReview solution designs and code to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\nLead platform upgrades, new product implementations, and technical roadmaps.\n\nPartner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nMentor developers and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow team.\n\nEvaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, AI features, and platform innovations.\n\nDrive automation initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams on cross-platform initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n\n7-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.\n\n5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.\n\nExpert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.\n\nStrong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integrations.\n\nDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade strategy.\n\nExperience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\n\nCertified Implementation Specialist certifications in one or more ServiceNow products.\n\nCertified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred but not required).\n\nExperience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Security Operations, HRSD, and Employee Center.\n\nExperience with AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and enterprise automation
