The role partners globally with Product Management, General Managers, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and channel partners to align priorities and drive business performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Operations, Governance & Decision Support\nLead and continuously improve portfolio operating cadences, including weekly business reviews, monthly operations reviews, product lifecycle management (PLCM) reviews, annual strategy reviews, and launch readiness checkpoints.\nCoordinate leadership reviews, synthesize performance data, track actions and decisions, and ensure accountability for follow-through.\nImprove portfolio management processes, reporting, and standard work while removing cross-functional execution barriers.\nTranslate portfolio performance and operational challenges into actionable insights and leadership recommendations.\nBusiness Performance, Forecasting & Commercial Alignment\nDevelop and maintain visual management dashboards and metrics covering bookings, revenue, margin, backlog, on-time delivery, and quality.\nPartner with Product Managers, Finance, Operations, and portfolio leadership on product-line forecasting, backlog reviews, funnel management, and revenue recognition.\nDrive Product Manager accountability for product performance, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nLead regular discussions with commercial teams, field sales, and channel account managers to capture demand, customer opportunities, and market signals and translate them into executive-ready insights.\nSupport sales enablement, product positioning, promotions, channel programs, and strategic initiatives across product lines and geographic regions.\nServe as a primary liaison between product teams and regional sales organizations to strengthen commercial execution.\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Lifecycle Management\nCoordinate product roadmap and lifecycle communications across product lines, sales channels, and partners.\nAlign Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional Sales teams on launch readiness and execution.\nSupport pricing actions, product transitions, obsolescence planning, and launch activities.\nCoordinate new product forecasting, channel enablement, and stocking strategies.\nContinuous Improvement & RBS Leadership\nLead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives with defined workstreams, measurable targets, and sustained results.\nFacilitate Kaizen events, manage the Product Line Kaizen funnel, and promote the effective application of RBS tools and best practices.\nCoach teams in root-cause analysis, countermeasure tracking, standard work, visual management, and improvement sustainment.\nClarify roles, responsibilities, RACI ownership, and escalation paths to strengthen accountability and adoption.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role within a technology or B2B environment.\nDemonstrated experience establishing and managing operating cadences, governance, dashboards, and scalable processes across multiple teams.\nStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, including at senior leadership levels.\nPractical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting global or geographically distributed product organizations across multiple product lines.\nHands-on experience with business systems and analytics tools, such as Oracle, CRM platforms, and Power BI.\nExperience with RBS or comparable business operating systems.\nExperience coaching teams on operating cadence, visual management, standard work, and change adoption.\nAbility to translate
