Business System (RBS).\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and Develop a High-Performing Team\nLead a team of 4 buyers responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory control, receiving, warehousing, and shipping.\nCoach, develop, and engage associates while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nDrive workforce capability through training, standard work, and succession planning.\nServe as a key member of the site Operations Leadership Team.\nDrive Operational Performance\nEnsure material availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.\nImprove on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and working capital performance.\nLead demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management strategies.\nEstablish and monitor key supply chain performance metrics.\nManage material flow from suppliers through manufacturing and customer shipment.\nStrengthen Supplier and Supply Chain Effectiveness\nPartner with Strategic Sourcing to improve supplier performance, quality, delivery, and cost.\nDrive supplier accountability through scorecards, reviews, and corrective action processes.\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks while developing contingency plans.\nSupport sourcing strategies that improve resilience, lead times, and cost competitiveness.\nImprove the Business\nLead Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.\nImplement and sustain pull systems, Kanban replenishment, inventory optimization, and material flow improvements.\nApply Ralliant Business System (RBS) tools to improve operational performance and eliminate waste.\nPartner cross-functionally to improve processes that impact customer delivery, inventory, and productivity.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-7 years' experience leading supply chain, materials, planning, purchasing, or inventory management functions within a manufacturing environment.\n\nProven leadership experience developing teams and driving results.\nStrong understanding of demand planning, production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and supplier management.\nExperience utilizing ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics.\nDemonstrated success improving operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing environments.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, pull systems, inventory optimization, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nAPICS/CPIM, CSCP, Lean, or similar professional certification.\nExperience working within a business system environment such as RBS, DBS, FBS, or equivalent continuous improvement
