This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment while working alongside experienced TA professionals in a collaborative international environment.\nYou'll play an important role in attracting, engaging, and supporting talent across the recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable skills in Talent Acquisition, candidate experience, and employer branding.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Recruitment Activities\nPost and maintain job advertisements across recruitment platforms.\nAssist with candidate sourcing through job boards and other talent channels.\nScreen applications and identify candidates aligned with role requirements.\nSupport the preparation of employment offers and recruitment documentation.\nCoordinate Interviews\nSchedule interviews across multiple teams and locations.\nEnsure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.\nHelp track and communicate interview feedback in a timely manner.\nEnhance Candidate Experience\nAct as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nProvide updates, answer basic questions, and ensure a positive candidate journey.\nContribute to Talent Acquisition Projects\nSupport recruitment events, university partnerships, career fairs, training sessions, and employer branding initiatives.\nAssist with planning, coordination, and follow-up activities.\nProvide Administrative Support\nMaintain recruitment records and systems.\nAssist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition and HR administration activities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nPositive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.\nEagerness to learn and develop professionally.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nInterest in leveraging digital
