The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in application/production support, and mandatory SQL knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production applications, resolving incidents, analyzing issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide L1/L2 production support for business-critical applications.\n\n- Monitor production systems, applications, jobs, and services.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data-related issues and validate fixes.\n\n- Analyze application logs and identify errors, failures, and performance issues.\n\n- Handle incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.\n\n- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.\n\n- Perform application health checks and ensure system availability.\n\n- Support scheduled jobs, batch processes, and interfaces.\n\n- Document incidents, resolutions, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures.\n\n- Participate in release/deployment activities and post-deployment validation.\n\n- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or application improvements.\n\n- Participate in rotational/on-call support, if required.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 1 to 4 years of experience in Production/Application Support.\n\n- SQL is mandatory ability to write queries using SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries, etc.\n\n- Good understanding of relational databases and data troubleshooting.\n\n- Experience in application monitoring and incident management.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\n- Ability to analyze application/server logs.\n\n- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix commands is preferred.\n\n- Knowledge of ITIL/incident management processes is an advantage.\n\n- Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar is preferred.\n\n- Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet SLA requirements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- Experience supporting web-based or enterprise
