In this entry-level position, you will receive hands-on training to operate various machines and support production processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.\nWhat you'll do\nAssist in the operation of machinery in accordance with established procedures.\nMonitor machine operations and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.\nParticipate in training sessions to learn about equipment, safety protocols, and production techniques.\nHelp perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.\nCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.\nDocument production activities and complete necessary paperwork accurately.\nPhysical Requirement\nAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.\nCapacity to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) safely.\nManual dexterity and coordination for operating machinery.\nVision and hearing abilities adequate to monitor equipment and ensure safety.\nWork Environment\nFast-paced manufacturing facility with a focus on safety and teamwork.\nExposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.\nShift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nBasic understanding of mechanical concepts and machinery operation (preferred).\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.\nAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.\nTalent that THRIVE in this Role\nRamar Foods seeks team members who are interested in advancing their careers while also thriving in their roles.
