This role drives project management\nexcellence across all assignments. You will collaborate closely with Regional and Country Leadership\nTeams, Global Finance, Global IT and the wider Workplace function.\nThe role will involve project delivery both virtually and physically in a wide range of environments,\nacross international locations, with projects related to office relocations, refurbishments, M&A\nintegrations, workplace technology platforms and workplace experience initiatives. You will engage with\nsenior stakeholder across multiple functions and business areas globally to deliver best-in-class\nprojects.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nLead the delivery of complex projects across Ramboll’s global portfolio (international travel maybe required).\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and local regulations.\nLead project governance activities, including steering committees and stakeholder reporting.\nDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.\nIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.\nManage and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to successfully design, plan and execute projects.\nPartner with Design & Construction peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, expansions, re-stacks and moves.\nRegularly engage with senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure business case objectives and deliverables remain aligned, relevant and on track.\nCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards and methodologies.\nManage project change control processes and evaluate impacts to scope, budget and programme.\nAbout you\nExperience in delivering large scale office relocation projects\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects\nIn-depth knowledge of corporate real estate and workplace operations\nProfessional qualification in Project Management (ideally Prince 2 practitioner level)\nSolid communication and interpersonal skills\nExceptional problem-solving skills\nAbility to build relationships at all levels of the organization and strong stakeholder management\nExcellent in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders\nExperience in presenting to senior leadership and steering committee\nDemonstrable technical understanding of office design, fit-out, construction, and workplace projects\nBachelor's degree (advantageous)\nExcellent English skills\nWhat we can offer you\nA competitive salary and flexible benefits\nCommitment to your development\nA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are\nInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects on a global level\nThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company\nFlexible working hours and locations\nHybrid working: 2-3 days of mobile working per week\nContribution to company pension scheme\nReady to join us?\nPlease submit your application with your up-to-date CV.
