We invite you to contribute to a sustainable future working in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture.\n You will be a part of Ramboll’s Global HR Operations team which is a team that provide HR operation services to the various countries across Ramboll using HR applications globally (e.g. Workday).\nAs a Global HR Coordinator, you will mainly be responsible for providing the HR Operation support on the various HR Process linked with the entire employee Life cycle.\nThe Global HR Coordinator team work primary with updating employee data and support countries and businesses with performing their day to day HR Operations.\nMain Role Responsibilities:\nIn your role you will be challenged with the execution of the following tasks:\nGeneral HR Operation processes and Workday system support (Service, Updates & Change requests)\nAssist Team lead to ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines/ SLA.\nAssist Team Lead by handling requests and tickets for HRs Operation related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which RSC HR team is providing services.\nProviding support to TL in the successful transition of Operational tasks.\nAssist Team lead with documentation creation and SOP updation.\nAssist Team Lead to Create and maintain quick guides, step by step guides and other training material for team to refer.\nEnsure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.\nParticipate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.\n HR Operations experience with some international and multi-cultural organization.\nMore than 3-5 years of experience of Global HR Operation and Knowledge of driving HR operation processes using any of the HRIS tool (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar).\nService-minded and knows the importance of good customer service.\nExperience to work in a complex (matrix) organizations.\nBeing systematic and have a structured work style with focus on details.\nA good team player and motivated self-starter.\nVery good communication and coordinating skills and fluent in English, both verbal and writing.\nAn innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks.\nEnjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency.\nP ersonal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:\n\nA good team player who communicates well, is open/transparent, takes initiative, and possesses great Interpersonal skills.\nMotivate and mentor the teams, particularly during difficult times.\nHave good organization and negotiation skills.\nShould possess a strong critical thinking attitude - able to see and work for the big picture.\nJudgemental and decision maker - Takes ownership and responsibility for the deliverables from his / her team.\nActive listener and capable of building successful teams.\nWell-structured way of working\nPossess and apply the EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusiveness) mindset.\nGood intercommunication skills to be able to work in close coordination with different nationalities, cultures, and clients.\n Ready to join us?\nPlease submit your application.
