You will combine operational People support with advisory work, employee relations and case management, while working closely with colleagues across our global People organisation.\nYou will be part of an international environment where collaboration, customer focus, continuous improvement and the effective use of HR technology are important parts of how we work.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nSupporting and advising employees and managers on People processes, policies and employment-related topics.\nProviding guidance to managers on German employment-related matters and supporting them in navigating relevant People processes.\nSupporting employee relations and case management topics.\nSupporting employees and managers with global People processes and helping translate global processes into effective local implementation.\nManaging operational People topics, including leave-related processes such as parental leave and sickness-related matters.\nSupporting employees and managers in effectively using Workday, ServiceNow, reports and other People technologies and resources.\nWorking closely with our Global HR/People teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of People services.\nSupporting People-related activities and campaigns across Germany.\nContributing to the continuous improvement of People processes, policies, procedures and documentation.\nParticipating in local, regional and global People projects and identifying opportunities to simplify or improve how we work.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys combining People expertise with a strong service mindset.\nYou bring:\nPrevious experience working in a People/HR function, or other relevant experience such as project or process expertise.\nKnowledge of employee relations processes and case management.\nA strong customer and service orientation, with the ability to understand the needs of employees and managers and translate them into pragmatic solutions.\nConfidence working with HR technology, ideally including Workday.\nA pragmatic approach to problem solving and a genuine continuous-improvement mindset.\nThe ability to collaborate across cultures and work effectively in international and virtual teams.\nFluent German as well as strong English skills are required.\nA relevant educational background.\nWhat we can offer you\nCommitment to your development\nLeaders guided by our Leadership Principles\nA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are\nInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects\nThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company\nFlexible working hours and locations\nHybrid working: 2-3 days of mobile working per week\nPermanent employment, with part-time possibilities\nAn extensively subsidised 'Germany ticket'\nContribution to company pension scheme and occupational disability insurance\nReady to join us?\nPlease submit your application and CV online.
