REC is a highly sophisticated centre of engineering excellence based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a centre of excellence in design, offering optimised solutions to the rest of the organisation.\nYour key tasks and responsibilities will be:\nCoordinating between various disciplines, documentation, and folder structures, ensuring compliance with specifications through the team leads of the respective disciplines.\nInitiating and coordinating the interface management process, including the development of the organisation chart and interface matrix, and tracking the progress of internal deliverables through weekly visual planning meetings using visual planning tools.\nPeriodically reviewing scope documents to maintain focus on meeting the client’s requirements and success factors, in addition to ensuring the solution is integrated and coordinated.\nProject management, reporting, and control through tools such as Earned Value Analysis.\nDevelopment, updating, and monitoring of project schedules and work breakdown structures, considering contract deliverables and resourcing needs using tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.\nInteracting with the project team and task managers to define the scope of work, develop and update schedules and cost information, and identify variances from the original plan.\nAnalysing the critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule and recommend workarounds.\nEstablishing Project Baselines at the start of the Project and track it on a timely basis as required.\nSupporting project managers with key information related to project health, performance against baselines, delays, resources, communication, look-ahead planning, and other day-to-day project information.\nTimely delivery of project submissions including resource management.\nMonitoring the budgets and additional scopes through change management.\nKeep stakeholders well informed regarding the project status at regular intervals\n Your starting point for constant growth\nFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that\nyou grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:\nMust possess a B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil, Structural, or Transportation Engineering, or a master’s/PG qualification in Construction Management or Project Management, with 3-5 years of professional experience.\nShould preferably have worked in a similar role and have a very good understanding of the processes.\nInternational consultancy experience would be an added advantage.\nSound knowledge of Project Management and Planning.\nMust be highly competent in written and verbal English language.\nDemonstrated experience in collaborating within teams to successfully develop multiple projectsconcurrently.\n\nProficient team player, with experience of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, thereby fostering their involvement and engagement.\nMust possess excellent organisational and communication abilities to ensure understanding of project plans and solutions.\nShould be a competent user of IT tools, in particular MS Office and reporting tools such as MS project, Primavera P6, and Power BI.\nWider knowledge of other disciplines is highly desirable.\nShould be able to conduct project reviews to identify issues and risks and plan mitigations accordingly.\nShould be able to coordinate with all project members to gather project data and efficiently convert it into information and reports.\nShould be well versed in project reporting, dashboards, client instructions, control and review plans, and managing all communications as the single point of contact for the project team.\nShould have supported the project manager/project team in implementing project management systems and project control measures such as Earned Value Analysis and other project controltechniques.\n\n Welcome to our Transport division\nRamboll is a global transportation consultancy, and we work on some of the biggest and most innovative\ninfrastructure projects in the world.
