Building on strong research, writing, coordination and document management skills, the Pursuit Coordinator will help pursuit teams find, develop, organise and refine content needed for winning bids, tenders and proposals. The role will support all stages, from early client and competitor insight through submission, interviews and lessons learned.\nReporting to the Strategic Pursuits team manager, you will form an integral part of a tight-knit and collaborative international team. You will work closely with Pursuit Consultants, fellow pursuit and proposal specialists, and technical teams across the full pursuit lifecycle. The successful applicant for this role will have the opportunity to contribute to our strategy to close the gap to a sustainable future.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nWork with Pursuit Consultants across all phases of the pursuit process by researching, finding, developing and coordinating content for pre-tender materials, tender responses, interview materials and post-pursuit activities\nCreate first drafts and source relevant materials for pursuit briefing decks, tender submissions, credentials, CVs and project references\nWork closely with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to produce well formatted and visually compelling materials\nSet up and manage pursuit collaboration spaces, including Teams or SharePoint sites, and maintain well-organised content and supporting information\nCoordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles\nProofread documents and help maintain consistency, accuracy and compliance\nManage practical pursuit coordination where required, including meeting arrangements, review scheduling, portal testing, submission coordination and document close-out\nSupport strategy and planning sessions by capturing and sharing notes, generating research to help technical teams translate ideas into compelling response content\n About you\nExperience in bid, proposal, tender processes and familiarity with best-practice processes\nGood proposal writing, editing, formatting and proofreading skills\nStrong research skills, with the ability to source business, client, competitor and stakeholder information\nStrong organisational and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple information requests, deadlines and review cycles\nAs this is a global role, you will be comfortable working remotely and with teams based internationally\nConfidence using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint\nAbility to build effective relationships across technical and support teams and to work collaboratively, using your own initiative\nThis role offers opportunities to grow within a new and evolving process so a desire to learn new skills and input into new processes is essential\nStrong communication skills and willingness to challenge unclear or incomplete instructions\nExperience of using AI systems is desirable\nIn-Design skills will be desirable\nAPMP foundation certification desirable but not required\n What we can offer you\nMeaningful, high-impact work \nFlexible and hybrid work arrangements \nCompetitive compensation and benefits \nProfessional development and leadership opportunities \nA collaborative and inclusive culture \nThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company\nWork at the heart of sustainable change with Ramboll in the Americas\nRamboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company.
