As a member of the Water team, you will be responsible for carrying out the design for wet utility networks such as storm water, wastewater, potable water, irrigation water, and firefighting water.\nThe role involves preparing engineering designs, calculations, drawings, models, and technical documentation for systems such as potable water, wastewater, stormwater drainage, irrigation, and firefighting water networks. Also, responsible for carrying out the checks of the drawings produced by CAD technicians in the team and maintaining quality of deliverables. You will be also doing stormwater management using SUDS, providing green and nature-based solutions.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPrepare schematic layout for drainage in proposed site\nDevelopment of base models in infodrainage/microdrainage, collaborate with relevant stakeholders.\nModel optimization and validation.\nRunoff assessment, Storm drainage planning, proposal of SUDS feature integration in drainage network system and design of proposed infrastructure.\nPlanning of future network as per construction phasing and optioneering in integration with existing infrastructure.\nYou will be responsible for preparation of technical reports, 3D model coordination, 2D layout drawings and standard details.\nEngineer shall co-ordinate with Project Manager and Assistant Engineer/Principal Engineer/Technical Manager and be primarily involved in delivering the scheduled tasks in the form of design calculations and drawings.\nYou shall co-ordinate & collaborate with his/her counterparts across the globe & in India while working on national/international projects.\n We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience in stormwater management design for UK projects. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:\nStrong knowledge of UK standards\nExperience in urban and Land Development projects\nHands-on expertise with software such as InfoDrainage/ MicroDrainage (mandatory)\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD 2D (preferred)\nExperience working on projects up to detailed design stage, with exposure to subsequent stages (preferred)\nIn addition to the technical / functional acumen, he should have good communication skills.\nShould be a team player and should coordinate within the team for timely delivery of project.\nDesirable Professional English language skills (written and verbal).\n Ready to join us?\nPlease submit your application.
