This expertise is gained through a combination of formal education but mostly work experience. Recognizes general problems and starts to apply skills/knowledge with moderate assistance. Operates under direct supervision. Supports primarily low-risk projects.\nMain responsibilities:\nProject Controlling: Proactively manages the performance of project portfolios to drive value for our customers and Ramboll.\nCompliance: Administers and ensures compliance by applying all controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Supports the annual audit, as needed.\nProject Handling & Maintenance: Responsible for Project set-up, closure and monitoring project maintenance needs\nInvoicing: Ensures invoices are drafted timely for review. Invoices should meet contractual requirements. Also, supports any contractually required financial reporting\nPM Support: Works directly with PMs to deliver on defined scope.\n 4-5 years of relevant experience in project financial management or related roles.\nAbility to manage stakeholders at medium-level projects with limited supervision.\nA collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability.\nIntermediate proficiency in Excel ,Microsoft Office tools, including knowledge of Macros for automation of repetitive tasks.\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of Power BI & power query for data visualization and reporting.\nPrior experience working with ERP systems.\nPresentation Skills\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams.\nService-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.\nWillingness to work across different time zones and shifts as required.\n Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:\nself-motivated, solution mindset, attention to detail.
