Are you an enthusiastic team player, well organised and a good communicator?\nRamboll is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Industry & Infrastructure Facilities team in London.\nYou will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception through design, delivery, commissioning and handover. Working with clients, engineers, designers, contractors and other specialists, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nLead projects throughout the full lifecycle.\nManage scope, programme, budget, risk, quality and change.\nEstablish effective governance, reporting and project controls.\nLead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical interfaces.\nBuild trusted relationships with clients and delivery partners.\nManage consultant, contractor and supplier performance.\nSupport procurement and contract-management activities.\nIdentify and manage risks, opportunities and dependencies.\nPromote high standards of health, safety, quality and sustainability.\nMentor colleagues and contribute to the development of project-management practice.\nSupport client development, bids and proposals.\nThe projects:\nYou may work across projects involving:\nAviation\nRail\nEnergy\nTransmission and distribution\nMarine\nData centres\nOther complex infrastructure and facilities\nExperience in these sectors would be beneficial but is not essential. You must, however, have a genuine interest in working across these sectors and applying your project-management expertise in different technical and client environments\nRole Requirements:\nYou will have:\nProject and design management experience on complex projects in an engineering, construction, infrastructure, facilities or consultancy environment.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary design teams.\nStrong capability in scope, programme, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder management.\nExperience in project governance, reporting and project controls.\nCommercial awareness and familiarity with construction or consultancy contracts.\nExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.\nA relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience.\nMembership of a professional body such as APM, CIOB, CIBSE or ICE is desirable but not essential.\nWhy Ramboll?\nYou will join a multidisciplinary Buildings organisation combining project management with engineering, design, sustainability and specialist technical expertise.
