Preferably on Linux. \nMultithreading application development. \nComfortable with hardware design. \nExperience optimizing embedded code where performance is critical. \nExperience with software driven hardware abstraction modeling. \nExperience developing security features such as Key Management and/or PKI is desirable \nCryptography working knowledge is highly desirable \nQualifications\n5 - 8 years of relevant professional engineering experience \nBS/MS in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related degree preferred. \nExperience and high degree of competency in all of the following areas: \nC++ object-oriented design concepts, including core libraries, design patterns, encapsulation, polymorphism, inheritance \nExperience with machine code/assembly code implementation and debug \nHardware abstraction / hardware modeling \nExperience with an agile software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and support \nLinux \nCryptography and security knowledge \nExperience with multi-threaded, high-volume, real-time transaction processing \nNice to have: \nNice to have experience in hardware modeling with SystemC/TLM 2.0 \nLinux device driver development \nLinux host application development \nAbout Rambus\nRambus is a global company that makes industry-leading memory interface chips and Silicon IP to advance data center connectivity and solve the bottleneck between memory and processing.
