Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.\nAs a Lead MTS Application engineer, the candidate will be reporting to Director of Application and Validation and is a Full-Time position. The engineer will work on developing the validation environment across bench and system for performance specification compliance using our DDR5 enablement devices (SPD/TS/PMIC). The engineer will require experience in validation of digital ASIC and I2C/I3C protocols.\nRambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for most office-based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.\nResponsibilities\nBench characterization and validation of I2C/I3C protocols. \nDeveloping python scripts for bench automation. \nSupport customers in understanding and resolving their issues. \nProvide post silicon bring-up support, interface with design, operation, and development. \nQualifications\nB.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. \n5+ years of experience in post-silicon digital ASIC bench validation. \nExperience with lab automation in Python. \nExperience working with I2C/I3C protocols. \nKnowledge of Power Electronics is a bonus.\n2026 New graduates in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with digital design, validation, power electronics, or related experience are encouraged to apply.\nAbout Rambus\nRambus is a global company that makes industry-leading memory interface chips and Silicon IP to advance data center connectivity and solve the bottleneck between memory and processing.
