Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.\nAs a Principal Reliability Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Director of Reliability Engineering and is a Full-Time position.\nRambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.\nResponsibilities\nDefine Test coverage, Flow, Characterization and Qualification for New Product Introduction. \nProject management with effective communications skills with internal cross functional teams, customers and suppliers. \nManage multiple new product introductions in parallel from Project kickoff to Production. \nSet up and maintain infrastructure for new product introduction including detailed schedule and resource allocation for new products. \nComplete life cycle of products from design, prototypes, high volume manufacturing bring up and RMA/sustaining support. \nExperience in Failure Analysis and RMA support. \nOptimize yield, Cost, Cycle Time and Quality. \nData Analysis proficiency. Software: PDF, JMP, Silicon Dash etc. \nQualifications\nB.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. \nExperience in New Product Introduction. \nExperience Product life cycle and BOM. \nExperience working with Wafer fab Foundry and Test & Assembly OSAT's. \nExperience and knowledge of ATE. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
