The role manages electronic security systems, access control, CCTV surveillance, perimeter protection, fire detection and suppression systems, emergency response preparedness, and business continuity initiatives. The incumbent ensures compliance with ISO Standards, occupational health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer security obligations within a high-security printing environment while leading security audits, fire drills, risk assessments, and incident management activities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSecurity Operations Management. Develop and implement security policies, procedures and operational controls. \nManage access control, visitor management, and guard force operations. \nOversee CCTV monitoring and investigation activities. \nProtect organizational assets against theft, fraud, sabotage, and unauthorized access. \nSecurity operations cost optimization\n\nElectronic Security Systems Management. Manage CCTV, access control, biometric systems, intrusion detection systems, and perimeter security infrastructure.\nEnsure timely maintenance and functionality of all security systems. \nOversee security technology upgrades and enhancements.\n\nFire Safety & Fire Systems ManagementManage fire detection, alarm, suppression, and firefighting systems. \nEnsure routine testing and inspection of fire safety equipment. \nCoordinate fire prevention initiatives and awareness programs.\n\nEmergency Preparedness & Drill Management Develop and maintain emergency responseprocedures. \n\nCoordinate evacuation exercises and emergency drills. \nAssess drill effectiveness and implement improvementplans. \n\nSecurity & Safety Compliance Management \nEnsure compliance with ISO 14298, statutory requirements, and customer security standards. \nLead internal compliance reviews and inspections. \nSupport regulatory and certification audits.\nRisk Management & Incident Investigation. Conduct security and safety risk assessments. \nLead investigations of security incidents and safetyoccurrences. \n\nImplement corrective and preventive actions. \n\nOccupational Health & Safety Management. \nAssist in Promoting safe work practices through surveillance and reporting of the unsafe practices. \nMonitor workplace hazards and Participate in implementation of mitigation measures. \nSupport workplace safety initiatives and awareness programs.\nTeam Leadership & Continuous Improvement.
