with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. \nManage the candidate experience from job posting through offer, including screening, interviews, assessments, and offer administration. \nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. \nLeverage innovative sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines and connect with top talent. \nIdentify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.\nTrack recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide insights on hiring activity.\nSupport onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation, and first 90-day support. \nRepresent the company at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking opportunities. \nMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with employment and privacy legislation. \nSupport HR programs, projects, and administrative initiatives as needed.\nCandidate Requirements\n2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment. \nPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \nStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.\nExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nExperience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office. \nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. \nExperience recruiting in engineering, construction, or professional services is an
