As a part of the High Purity Quartz Analytical Quality Team the Supervisor Quality role will empower you to oversee the quality control functions at the Plant site. Administer and maintain plant quality Improvement Plan in compliance with corporate QIP Standards. Work with regional quality teams to ensure best practices are implemented. Lead teams and implement quality changes as needed.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Supervisor Quality, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program
- Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed
- Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and quality
- Conduct process control audits, process improvement projects and any other projects, which contribute to the Continuous Improvement program. Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management.
- Investigate customer complaints and other non-conformances; perform RCA and issue reports and recommendations for preventative action
- Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and quality.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seeking self-starter able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.

Salary
Salary is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
