RESPONSIBILITIES\nMore specifically, you’ll:\nManage pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement, including client engagement, contracts, agreements, and documentation.\nEvaluate and investigate cases by reviewing claims, gathering evidence, analyzing liability and damages, and preparing case plans.\nCommunicate with clients and stakeholders (adjusters, providers, witnesses) to gather information, build trust, and provide regular updates.\nReview and summarize medical records and other supporting documentation to strengthen case valuation and negotiation strategies.\nPrepare and review legal documents, such as claims, demand letters, motions, discovery responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and memorandums.\nNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties to achieve favorable, cost-effective outcomes.\nProvide legal guidance and representation at mediations, depositions, hearings, and other proceedings as needed.\nMonitor cost of cases to ensure compliance with firm policies and client agreements.\nStay current on legislation and legal practices through ongoing training and professional development.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Experience\nJuris Doctorate degree with admission to the Bar in Arizona.\n1-4 years of experience in related areas of practice.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nSolid understanding of Tort Law and core legal principles, with familiarity in insurance claims processes and settlement negotiations.\nExperienced in drafting demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documentation, as well as reviewing claims and evidence.\nSkilled in managing cases from intake through settlement, including client onboarding, contract execution, and accurate documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by proficiency in legal research to evaluate claims and develop case strategies.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal processes and case status to clients.\nSkilled in negotiation and persuasion to achieve favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties.\nExceptional interpersonal skills for building trust and maintaining professional relationships with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.\nProficient in using MS Office applications and case management software, with the ability to work in a paperless environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with personal injury
