This includes ensuring accurate preparation of legal documents, maintaining organized paperless files, and leveraging litigation support tools to facilitate efficient case progression and trial readiness.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage a docket of litigation cases from beginning to end, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and team.\nDraft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and disclosures in compliance with court rules and attorney case plans.\nCommunicate with clients, attorneys, experts, witnesses, adjusters, and opposing counsel to provide updates, gather information, and resolve issues.\nCollect, review, and summarize depositions, exhibits, medical records, bills, and discovery materials to support case strategy and trial preparation.\nCoordinate court filings, schedule depositions and hearings, interface with courts, and maintain litigation calendars and deadline summaries.\nConduct legal research on case law, procedural rules, and jurisdictional requirements to ensure compliance and support attorneys.\nUtilize case management software to manage discovery, organize files, track case values, and document all work for accurate case files.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Experience\n2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
