This includes communicating with clients and supporting attorneys by gathering information, managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting demand letters, coordinating settlements, and ensuring timely compliance with all legal requirements.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nMore specifically, you’ll:\nManage pre-litigation cases from post-intake through resolution, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and working with attorneys and team.\nDraft and revise legal documents, such as demands, proposals, settlements, and correspondence in line with attorney directives and case plans.\nCommunicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, and providers to gather information, provide case updates, and resolve issues.\nCollect, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to assist in case evaluation and settlement preparation.\nCoordinate scheduling of client meetings, medical appointments, and negotiations, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.\nConduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.\nUtilize case management software to maintain organized files, track case progress, and document all activities for accurate and complete case records.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Experience\n2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
