We will sponsor you for relocation if you need to move for this role.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams\n\nBuild a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process\n\nAct as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews\n\nDevelop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers\n\nSpot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes\n\nManage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n1-2+ years of coordination / admin experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport\n\nOrganizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail\n\nComfort working at high volume and re-prioritizing mid-day when plans change, interviews get moved, interviewers cancel, and you'll need to solve it without dropping anything else\n\nA bias
