The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care.\nNorth Shore Private Hospital (NSPH) is a 336-bed surgical, medical and maternity facility located on Sydney’s lower North Shore.\n North Shore Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join the North Shore Network on a permanent, full-time basis.\nAbout the Role\nThe Learning and Development Manager leads the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programs for the North Shore Network of hospitals including developing and delivering education programs, in-house, face-to-face and online workshops. The role ensures all programs remain up to date, coordinated and effectively promoted, while overseeing the operation and development of the learning and development programs and function across the North Shore Network of hospitals.\nThe Learning and Development Manager will manage competing priorities, maintain the quality, accuracy and relevance of learning content, coordinate internal and external contributors, and use data and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
