We have been focused on delivering high-quality patient care and practising the Ramsay Way philosophy of ‘People Caring for People’ since 1964.\n Are you a payroll expert who understands the critical connection between Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations, systems and payroll delivery?\nJoin Ramsay as our Payroll Enterprise Agreement Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll environment is ready to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient payments as Enterprise Agreements evolve.\nThis is an opportunity to use your payroll expertise to influence decisions well before they reach the payslip - reviewing proposed EA clauses, identifying system and operational impacts, and working with key stakeholders to ensure Ramsay is ready to implement change.\nAbout the role:\nYou’ll be the critical link between Payroll, Industrial Relations, Workforce Planning and Systems, bringing practical payroll insight to EA negotiations and implementation.\nYou will:\nReview proposed EA clauses and assess their payroll and operational impact.\nTranslate complex EA requirements into practical payroll solutions.\nPartner with Systems teams on configuration, testing and implementation.\nIdentify potential workload, resourcing and timing impacts for Payroll.\nProvide expert payroll advice throughout EA negotiations and implementation.\nLead and contribute to projects that improve payroll readiness and delivery.\nBuild strong relationships across Payroll, IR, Workforce Planning and Systems.\nAbout you:\nWe’re looking for an experienced payroll professional who can confidently navigate a complex, highly regulated environment and connect the dots between industrial instruments, people, processes and technology.\nYou’ll bring:\nSignificant experience working in a complex payroll environment.\nStrong experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.\nSound understanding of payroll systems and system configuration.\nExperience reviewing industrial instruments and assessing their impacts.\nProven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience in payroll governance, project delivery and system testing.\nExperience in healthcare, aged care, retail or another award-dependent industry.\nWhy join Ramsay?\nThis is more than a payroll role.
