The role involves developing intelligent assistants, conversational platforms, and enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), with a focus on customer service use cases across chat and email channels.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\n- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.\n\n- Develop AI-powered applications, including intelligent assistants, chatbots, knowledge search platforms, and workflow automation solutions.\n\n- Integrate LLMs and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.\n\n- Develop agentic AI workflows and implement MCP integrations for connecting AI models with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.\n\n- Build solutions for customer service operations across chat and email channels, preferably in eCommerce or retail environments.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data teams to define use cases and deliver reliable AI solutions.\n\n- Optimise application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, production deployments, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 8 -
