provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests in strict compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards.\n\nConduct security reviews, risk assessments, and generate compliance documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.\n\nAnalyze, design, develop, configure, test, and support PeopleSoft applications to deliver operational enhancements and business solutions.\n\nTranslate functional business requirements from HR, Finance, and other business units into detailed technical specifications and system designs.\n\nTest, validate, and apply PeopleSoft patches, fixes, and application upgrades with a primary focus on security features and compatibility.\n\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PeopleSoft security, authentication, and access incidents, performing thorough root-cause analysis.\n\nProvide technical assistance and Level 3 support to end-users experiencing application access, authorization, or security issues.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, access matrices, operational runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures.\n\nDevelop, update, and communicate enterprise security policies, governance protocols, and standard operating procedures across cross-functional teams.\n\nSupport module implementations, platform migrations, database refreshes, and related PeopleSoft administrator activities.\n\nQualifications\nCore Technical & PeopleSoft Security Requirements\nEducation: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical work experience).\n\nPeopleSoft Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated professional experience with PeopleSoft as a security analyst, systems analyst, administrator, or developer.\n\nSecurity Architecture Mastery: In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, security models, role-based access control (RBAC), user profiles, and permission lists.\n\nDevelopment & Administration Tools: Hands-on experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer (Classic and Fluid), Data Mover, and Integration Broker.\n\nSecurity & Access Governance: Proven experience conducting security audits, managing IAM frameworks, and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA) integrations.\n\nData Security & Protocols: Practical familiarity with encryption principles, SSL/TLS protocols, data masking techniques, and vulnerability mitigation strategies.\n\nScripting & Programming Acumen: Basic understanding and working knowledge of programming and scripting languages (such as Java, PeopleCode, Python, or PowerShell) to build automation scripts and custom security solutions.\n\nPreferred Technical Assets & Methodologies\nLifecycle Delivery: Experience supporting enterprise PeopleSoft upgrades, tax updates/patching, and system migration projects.\n\nAgile Delivery: Working experience with applied Agile software development methodologies and iterative release cycles.\n\nProductivity Tooling: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nSoft Skills & Delivery Attributes\nAnalytical Problem Solving: Superior diagnostic capabilities and attention to detail to troubleshoot complex security anomalies and software bugs.\n\nCross-Functional
