Our large Alberta-based financial client is seeking a QA Analyst for a 3 month contract.\n\nClient: Financial Services\nDuration: 3 months with a possibility for an extension\nLocation: Remote\nPay Rate: $63-79/hr INC\n\n--------------------------------------------------------\n\nAdvantages\n• Advance your career by working with a top financial institution in Alberta.\n\nResponsibilities\nJob Description: Responsibilities:\nAssess testing requirements and provide estimates of testing effort and resources\nUse a risk management approach to develop test plans, cases and scripts and prioritize test execution based on level of risk\nWorks closely with the QA Lead - Enterprise CRM to ensure quality and completeness of test deliverables\nExecute testing of Salesforce product and all integration components, applying automation techniques as appropriate\nAssist in end-to-end testing of all components\nAnalyze the impact of change on test environments, test plans and integration\nLiaise with all project participants, team leads, vendors, and other resources at various levels\nUse preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews and walkthroughs including all appropriate documentation\nEnsure test data is adequate and compliant to privacy and confidentiality rules\nContribute in all aspects of the test execution phase including requirements change management and test conditions management\nReport overall status of testing activities and summarize issues encountered\nTransfer lessons learned and new/changed workflows to testing best practices and business systems knowledge repositories\nEnsuring standards, as defined by the Quality Assurance office, are met\nIdentifies and resolves risks associated with achieving milestones\n\nQualifications\nTop Skills: Recognized Computer Science, related Software Development field or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years experience in the Quality Assurance and testing field.\nExperience with automated and manual test tools.\nExperience developing and managing all test Assets (test Plans, test Cases, and automated and manual test Scripts).\nExperience with SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce FSC, familiarity with Financial Services Industry\nKnowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Development and Deployment and incorporating testing as part of an automated CI/CD pipeline\n\nSummary\nIf you're looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact and grow your career, apply now and become an integral part of our client's mission to deliver excellence .
