development methodologies \n\nResponsibilities\n · Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for applications in the Microsoft Azure cloud.\n· Oversee and manage application deployments, ensuring timely and reliable releases to development, testing, and production environments.\n· Configure, operate, and optimize container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.\n· Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve build, deployment, and operational issues.\n· Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using infrastructure-as-code and scripting (with a strong emphasis on Python).\n· Ensure cloud environments follow best practices in security, compliance, scalability, and cost optimization.\n· Develop and document standard operating procedures, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.\n· Continuously monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.\n· Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing on DevOps, Azure cloud technologies, and automation tools within the team.\nMinimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language\nSkills & Technical/Specialized Knowledge:\n- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployments\n- Proficient with CI/CD tools and best practices (Gitlab, SAST, DAST, Git, etc.)\n- Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters\n- Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly in Python\n- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terragrunt, Terraform, or Ansible)\n- Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and monitoring\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent work experience\nGeneral OS systems, Enterprise, programming & scripting languages (i.e. C, Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell), and Office software\nDatabase and networking security systems\nLocal Area Network (LAN), wireless networks, and wide Area Network (WAN) technologies (e.g. DWDM, SONET, ATM, MSPP)\nStorage and cloud computing technologies\nTest and configuration tools\nYou have strong technical skills:\nYou have experience in either Azure, AWS, GCP or
