critical\nRequired Qualifications\n• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and\nunderstand complex technical concepts in a US‐based engineering environment\n• Minimum 10 years of professional experience on software engineering teams developing shared,\nproduction-grade .NET class libraries or SDKs in C#\n• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions by leading teams in evaluating complex technical\ntradeoffs\n• Proven people leadership experience, including interviewing, mentoring, and developing\nengineers toward greater ownership and impact\n• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams\n• Deep expertise in C# and modern .NET\nPreferred Experience\n• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) client development on Windows and Linux, including building libraries\nthat manage device connection and control over BLE using USB‐attached radios and hardware APIs\n• Embedded BLE firmware development for central and peripheral devices, including connection\nmanagement, GATT implementation, and protocol-level communication\n• Performance‐sensitive systems in resource‐constrained environments\n\nThis opportunity is
