You will identify business opportunities for AI, design intelligent\nsolutions, and build modern analytics and chatbot applications that create measurable business value.\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and analytics use cases with business stakeholders.\nDesign and develop internal AI chatbot solutions and dashboard integrations.\nBuild external customer-facing chatbot and self-service solutions.\nDevelop AI-powered applications using modern cloud and generative AI technologies.\nTranslate business challenges into user-centric digital solutions.\nEstablish scalable deployment and operational processes for AI solutions.\nCollaborate closely with business experts, IT teams, and data specialists.\nDrive additional AI and analytics initiatives from concept to implementation\nRequirements\nSeveral years of experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including solutions you have taken into production - not only prototypes or proof of concepts.\nSolid hands-on experience with RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies, and context design.\nExperience with Azure AI Services, in particular Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search, plus deployment via Azure Functions or Container Apps.\nStrong command of Python, API development such as FastAPI, and at least one orchestration framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.\nExperience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nDesign of conversational applications, including multi-turn dialogue, fallback and escalation logic, and integration into existing service channels.\nSystematic quality assurance for LLM applications, including test sets, evaluation metrics, and regression testing.\nImplementation of grounding and guardrails to safeguard customer-facing applications.\nExperience facilitating use-case discovery with business units and designing user- centric solutions.\nGerman at C1 level or above and business-fluent English.\nWhat is especially important to us\nYou are passionate about transforming business challenges into practical AI solutions.
