locations.\n\nAutomation & Process Optimization: Streamline and automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, and internal databases to maximize operational efficiency.\n\nReporting Consultancy: Assist global business units in developing new queries, revamping complex legacy reports, and integrating newly acquired or non-standard ERP systems into the global reporting framework.\n\nQuality & Control: Implement checkpoints and robust controls to ensure high data accuracy, maintain comprehensive process documentation, and comply with corporate audit standards.\n\nGlobal Support: Manage incoming reporting requests and support business operations, including supporting US time-zone stakeholders on a scheduled rotation (e.g., 1 afternoon shift week per month).\n\nRequirements\nUniversity or College degree.\nStrong technical proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, and experience with application databases and SQL.\nFluent command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.\nA logical, analytical mindset with the ability to resolve problems creatively and set clear priorities.\nWillingness to work afternoon shifts approximately one week per month.\nExperience in Management Reporting is considered an advantage.\nKnowledge of VBA or other programming languages is preferred.\nAbility to adapt quickly to new, changing situations and contribute innovative process
