You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate stakeholders, manage fleet-related processes, and contribute to efficient and compliant fleet operations.\nMaintain and update fleet-related master data in SAP HR systems, including driver and taxation information.\nManage and maintain fleet reporting and master data records using Excel.\nProvide support to drivers and internal stakeholders regarding fleet-related inquiries.\nCoordinate traffic fine management and act as the interface between authorities, HR, and Finance.\nReview, clarify, correct, and approve supplier and leasing-related invoices in SAP.\nManage and process requests received through shared mailboxes.\nSupport operational fleet processes and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.\nRequirements\nExperience in procurement, fleet administration, or operational support roles.\nGood SAP knowledge and confidence working with ERP-based processes.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets and reports.\nStrong organizational and administrative capabilities.\nAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external providers.\nFluent German language skills are mandatory.\nWhat is especially important to us\nYou are highly accurate, service-oriented, and able to manage operational activities reliably.
