monitoring, and closing of construction budgets in ERP system\nProvide critical assessment of all construction budgets and returns\nSupporting the operational activities that will be required to achieve the transition from the current commercial systems to the new commercial system\nVariation control of all open budgets and mitigation of costs with project revisions where suitable\nRequirements\nUniversity degree, strong knowledge and experience in engineering, construction, real estate or other related field\nAt least 5 years of professional experience: project cost and commercial management, value engineering, reporting, quality control, design & quality management\nAbility to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy, communicative personality and ownership\nTeam player\nPrecision, reliability, good problem solving skills, flexibility\nConfident computer skills (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)\nFluency in English and Hungarian
