PFMEA, work instructions, and inspection standards. \n\nAudits & Controls: Conduct required inspection, audit, and control activities, playing an active lead role in external and customer audits. \n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Management, Production, and other internal departments to safeguard product conformity and foster long-term customer satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Materials, or related discipline). \n\nExperience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant quality engineering/management experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. \n\nLanguage Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian is required. \n\nAutomotive Core Tools: Proficient working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC. \n\nStandards & Methodologies: In-depth familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa). \n\nKey Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an agile mindset and the ability to work effectively across manufacturing functions.\n\nProficiency in MS Office
