or application-level changes.\nMeasure service quality through surveys and implement corrective action plans.\nReporting & Training:\nEnsure timely reporting of hub performance and identify new reporting needs.\nConduct end-user and \"train-the-trainer\" sessions for new accounting processes.\nHandling escalation processes.\nProject Management:\nSupport centrally driven projects by providing degree preferably with focus on Accounting\n2-5 years of relevant experience\nPreferably an all-round accounting background\nKnowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications, ERP Accounting systems
