You will work closely with buying teams, service teams, and external suppliers to assess and execute supply chain opportunities.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nSupporting Strategic VCO Projects: Designing and implementing Value Chain Optimisation tools aligned with the overall global corporate strategy.\n\nSprint & Project Management: Leading and supporting initiative sprints from initial business case development through to value realization.\n\nWorkshop Facilitation: Taking ownership in developing, preparing, and facilitating VCO workshops, documentation, and training sessions.\n\nData Analytics & Visualization: Organizing and interpreting complex datasets to identify commercial opportunities, generating clear reports, and using data visualization tools to communicate strategic recommendations.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with buying teams, analytics units, and suppliers to support product cost reductions, assure supply continuity, and build long-term business plans.\n\nChange Management & Continuous Improvement: Supporting change management initiatives, recommending process improvements, and providing training to colleagues as required.\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for you if you have:\nBackground & Experience:\n3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, buying, or sourcing.\n\nProven track record of independently owning projects from end to end.\n\nExperience in FMCG or Retail is a strong advantage.\n\nFluent English skills.\n\nSystem Knowledge:\nProficiency in SAP is considered a plus.\n\nStrong Analytical & Data Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets, draw actionable strategic insights, and present findings clearly using data visualization tools.\n\nProject & Sprint Mindset: Experience or strong aptitude in managing project timelines, tracking costs, and following up on key deliverables.\n\nEffective Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams (buying, analytics, leadership) and external suppliers. \n\nProactivity & Independence: A self-starter attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement, problem-solving, and facilitating
