Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nWhat you will do:\nMaintain and update SAP demand data for both clinical and commercial business lines to support uninterrupted production schedules.\n\nSupport the broader Supply Chain team with daily operational activities and administrative tasks across the Stein site.\n\nCreate, process, and maintain Free of Charge (FOC) process orders accurately within system guidelines.\n\nMaintain and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) across SAP system modules and Microsoft Access databases.\n\nAssist in the preparation of daily/weekly operational meetings by gathering, compiling, and presenting key data inputs.\n\nAct as a key administrative liaison to ensure data integrity and cross-functional alignment across supply chain execution.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nProven experience in administrative, data entry, or operational support roles utilizing SAP systems.\n\nStrong proficiency with SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, or Demand Planning) and Microsoft Office applications (including Access database experience).\n\nProfessional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.\n\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to track operational metrics.\n\nPrior experience in a supply chain, logistics, or pharma/biotech environment is an advantage.\n\nImmediate availability to undertake a 6-month full-time contingent assignment on site in Stein, Switzerland.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, their people are their greatest strength.
