Our full list of local benefits can be found here:\nBenefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi\nWhat you will do:\n Plan, execute, and document GMP manufacturing campaigns in close collaboration with the Head of Operations.\n Provide technical and organizational support for GMP production, including training and coaching production personnel.\n Create, optimize, and review GMP-related production documentation such as EBRs, SOPs, and work instructions.\n Ensure high-quality and timely handling of deviations, change controls, and CAPAs following a first-time-right approach.\n Monitor, analyze, and report operational process KPIs and identify and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.\n Ensure production equipment and manufacturing areas remain in a qualified and technically compliant state; perform troubleshooting and participate in on-call duty rotations.\n Execute and optimize cleaning processes and perform risk assessments related to SHE, Operations, Environmental Monitoring, and Cleaning Validation.\nWhat we are looking for:\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific or technical discipline.\n Experience in a GMP-regulated environment within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.\n Strong knowledge of biotechnological manufacturing processes, GMP requirements, and documentation standards.\n Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.\n Excellent analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong technical understanding.\n Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is considered an advantage.\n Excellent English language skills and strong communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
