Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelopment Services encompasses three technical disciplines with associated support functions to develop processes to enable manufacture of recombinant protein therapeutics. This role will be available in the Cell Culture Development whom one is responsible for the development of cell culture process.\nDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n Adherence to EHS rules and regulations is required at all times\n Document results in accordance with Lonza policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)\n Ensures compliance with Quality and GxP requirements by adhering toestablished quality systems and applicable regulatory standards in all\nactivities.\n\n Upholds data integrity principles in accordance to Lonza policies.Proactively evaluates, identifies and improves data integrity process.\n\n General laboratory support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, etc.\n With support from Manager/Study Lead performs the followingactivities with high levels of RFT: Cell culture\n\n Plans and prioritizes laboratory work with input from manager\n Drafts laboratory records aligned with training plan.\n Troubleshooting equipment issues and an interest in operational efficiency\n Any other duties assigned\nWhat we're looking for:\n Degree in a relevant Science field or equivalent\n Individual without prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry may also apply\n Understanding of the application of mammalian cell culture for the production of biopharmaceuticals\n Understanding of cGMP regulations\n Good problem solving and anlytical skills\n Good communication and teamwork skills\nCompetencies\n Decision Making\n Planning/Organizing\n Effective Communication\n Personal Orientation\n Teamwork\n Customer focus\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
