Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get\n- An agile career and dynamic working culture.\n- An inclusive and ethical workplace.\n- Compensation programs that recognize high performance.\n- Fully paid medical insurance, with the option to enroll family members at partially subsidized premiums.\n- Daily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site.\n- Access to learning resources and professional development opportunities.\n- A chance to make an impact by supporting safe and efficient site operations.\nWhat you will do\n- Oversee facility operations and ensure service providers meet performance and quality standards.\n- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to keep equipment and infrastructure reliable.\n- Manage Electrical team who will be handling day in/out routine electrical activities like fire alarm system testing\n- Support GMP, workplace safety, and environmental protection requirements.\n- Conduct routine facility inspections and coordinate repairs to minimize disruptions.\n- Review service performance, renew contracts, and drive continuous improvement.\n- Lead investigations related to deviations, observations, or interruptions and implement CAPAs.\n- Coach and mentor, a team to strengthen technical capabilities.\nWhat we are looking for\n- Experience in facility management within a regulated or manufacturing environment.\n- Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and GEP principles.\n- Knowledge of utilities, fire safety, and building systems.\n- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\n- Familiarity with CMMS and digital maintenance tools.\n- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.\n- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
