Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with business needs.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompetitive hourly rate.\n\nCompensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the global project management, roll-out, and governance of the Front-Line Leader Program across 8 global sites.\n\nPartner with Global HR business partners, L&D teams, and operational leaders to translate capability frameworks into practical learning journeys.\n\nEstablish detailed project plans, milestones, site readiness timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nDrive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to ensure seamless site adoption and alignment.\n\nImplement robust evaluation frameworks to measure learner engagement, behavior change, and operational impact.\n\nCoordinate internal facilitators, subject matter experts, and external training providers.\n\nFacilitate regular project governance meetings and present status reports to senior leadership.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nProven experience in L&D Project or Program Management leading multi-site or global leadership program deployments.\n\nSolid grounding in adult learning principles, instructional design concepts, and change management strategies.\n\nDemonstrated track record of defining L&D success metrics and evaluating program business impact.\n\nExceptional matrix stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse international teams.\n\nProfessional background in Life Sciences, Pharma, CDMO, Automotive, or other complex industrial sectors.\n\nProfessional fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
