Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.\nWhat you will do:\n Adjust process parameters in consultation with production management (instructions, use of follow-up tools)\n\n Prioritize the activities for production machine changes and special productions (size/bar changes, supros, special lengths)\n\n Discuss shift report of production shift supervisor and start actions where appropriate. Conduct shift meeting together with production departments and M&E departments\n\n Daily inspection and follow-up of the hard gelatin capsule machines for quality and quantity (scrap/losses). Accordingly, implement and delegate to day workers the actions to be taken (dimensional control, parameters humidity, weights, HCM set point changes, etc.)\n\n Maintain close contacts with production operators, mechanics and QA engineers, explain procedures and empower production personnel\n\n Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene status (GMP) of the production room and correct where vital\n\n Guard process capabilities and take appropriate actions where needed (standardization of process)\n\n Train new operators and colleagues in capsule production and in procedures, as well as in capsule quantity importance\n\n Propose and implement process changes and programs also according quality plan, capital plan, Hfc program, HCM speed program and other programs\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences (Civil Engineer)\n\n Proficient in both English and Dutch\n\n Highly organized and detail oriented\n\nNice to have:\n Engineering experience in a manufacturing/ production environment\n\n Project development and implementation experience\n\n Knowledge of continuous improvement.
