This 6-month contract opportunity is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where you will directly contribute to ensuring medicines reach patients on time and to the highest quality standards.\nThis is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompetitive hourly rate.\n\nCompensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.\nWhat you will do:\nConfigure and maintain electronic batch records (eBRs), including Bill of Parameters (BOP) setup and formal change request (CR) generation to support campaign readiness.\n\nCoordinate delivery activities across production campaigns to ensure records are configured, reviewed, and approved prior to Batch Record Issue (BRI) dates.\n\nPartner closely with MES Engineers, Process Scientists, and Manufacturing teams to align deliverables, dependencies, and project scope.\n\nCoordinate customer and stakeholder review cycles by managing technical feedback, clarifying requirements, and driving issue resolution.\n\nMaintain campaign eBR delivery schedules, track milestone approvals, and proactively escalate potential risks to production readiness.\n\nSupport Right-First-Time execution and continuous improvement within our digital manufacturing environment.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline).\n\n0-4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.\n\nExposure to or working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch records (eBRs).\n\nUnderstanding of cGMP regulations and standard change control processes.\n\nStrong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships and propose sound technical solutions.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to manage dependencies across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, their people are their greatest strength.
